CITROEN PEUGEOT SA has announced its bakkie is due for SA soil.
The Landtrek will be available in two trims with choice of one drivetrain in November.
The Peugeot Landtrek is a partnership with Changan brand, a Chinese made.
It features four speaker system, manual air conditioning, manual adjustments for the driver and passenger seats, a center armrest, folding rear seats, electric front and rear windows, an electrochmatic rear mirror, cooled glove compartment, 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, fabric seat upholstery and a multifunction steering wheel.
For safety and comfort, key features such as hill start and descent assist, front, side, and curtain airbags, cruise control with speed limiter, electronic stability and traction control with trailer stability assist, rear ISOFIX, a steel spare wheel and rear parking sensors are added to the base Peugeot Landtrek.
It adds two additional speakers, keyless entry with push start, dual-zone climate control, an electronically adjustable pair of front seats with lumbar support for the driver, a 4,2-inch digital instrument cluster, satellite navigation and leather upholstery for the seats and steering wheel.
The Peugeot Landtrek is covered by a five years/100 000 km Warranty and Service Plan with maintenance intervals every 10,000km with a view to optimising reliability and running costs, key elements for professionals and buyers of Pick-Ups.
