One Source Live is giant musical fest featuring an array ‘sons and daughters’ of the African-Diaspora, that celebrates the transformative power of African creativity spanning music, fashion, art and photography, et al.
The day-night jamboree packed with 20 artists goes down at 1 Eloff Precinct, downtown Jo’burg on March 24 2018, from morning until wee hours of the next day.
The line-up has a potpourri of South African and other African States from Chana-himself, to Bongo Maffin, Nigerian reggae-dancehall star Patoranking, Gqom pioneer and DJ Maphorisa.
Others include the likes of J Molley, Thando Nje, Una Ramz, Marley Bloo, Muzi and incredible mix-masters, DJ Rico, Gemini Major and DJ Jawz.
Sho Madjozi (given the ‘Rain Queen’ tag- obvious reference as she hails from Limpopo) will MC the fest. She will be joined by lyricist and artist Youngsta.
The OSL concept was derived in 2016 whose mantra goes ‘this is a revolution and creativity is our weapon’.

Patrons will experience the African Renaissance touch in the form of a specially built market showcasing African creativity, The Market of Art, and a host of food trucks and chill- zones at Hangout Jozi and the Absolut Vodka Village.
Mzansis own Trevor Stuurman, Senegalese artist Fabrice Monteiro and world renowned Kenyan photographer, Osborne Macharia, will display their works, along other fellow South Africans.
