The five week long programme aims to ensure that they uphold and improve on the group’s world-class standards in delivering excellence in its extensive food & beverage offering.
“The idea is for executive chefs and their F&B managers to develop new thinking to meet the demands and challenges they each face, gain insight into how they can work together effectively, build stronger relationships, and be innovative together,” explains Karen Borain, Training and Development Manager for the Tsogo Sun Academy.
The academy plans to roll out further programmes this year.
