THE corruption case against former African National Congress (ANC) spokesperson Pule Mabe has been postponed to 18 February 2026.
Mabe, alongside six co-accused, including his wife, appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, facing charges of fraud, money laundering and contravention of the Public Finance Management Act.
These charges stem from a tender awarded to Mabe’s Enviro Mobi company in 2017 to provide the City of Ekurhuleni with 200 waste collection vehicles.
State prosecutor Magdeline Montwedi-McLean said that some of the accused had made representations, which had yet to be disclosed.
