Amstel Radler amplifies a two- day party

Comprising Tokollo, Kabelo and Zwai- as the group name suggests- romped, stomped until 200 strong fans danced no more, at a secret venue in Jozi.

The weekend fete was divided into; Saturday and Sunday described by many as a real ‘chillas’ experience, filled with delightful surprises for fans, as they nodded in approval enjoying the performances from the likes of  Twins On Deck, DBN Gogo, PH and globetrotter Shimza.

Amstel Radler Chillas, Senior Marketing Manager for Amstel Dimakatso Napiane commented: “The Real Chillas is really about showcasing the occasion to best enjoy our refreshing variant, Amstel Radler; which is our Amstel Lager crafted with real lemon juice.”

“The day is really about bringing the chillas occasion to life for our consumers and we are proud to have executed chillas with Amstel Radler”.

Sunday, as part of the Major League Gardens, featured brand ambassador Shimza- accompanied by Moonchild Sanelly for their national anthem ‘Makhe’.

Ohh, what a fiasco as the crowd went gaga when ‘old timers’ belted out my all-time fav ‘Shibobo’, ‘Phalafala’, and other hits, I was reliably told.

Damn I missed out as a result of my flight delay!

But knowing the party never stops with Amstel brand, be sure to catch yours at the Durban July. Just sayin’…

And who knows, maybe you could win an exclusive invite to the next amplified experience and have your OWN unforgettable Amstel moment?
