The self proclaimed crooner has been scheduled to perform in Jozi-The Dome, eThekweni- Durban and Mother City-Cape Town, respectively, with his Carpe Diem tour.
Brown’s self-titled debut album was certified double platinum, selling over three million copies.
He earned two Grammy nominations in addition to a nationally televised performance on Awards night in 2007 with Lionel Richie and Smokey Robinson joining them for a medley of their respective hits.
In his short but successful music career, the 23-year old singer-songwriter has collaborated with some of the biggest names in R&B, pop and hip hop including Juelz Santana, Lil Wayne, T-Pain, Justin Bieber, Busta Rhymes, David Guetta and Big Sean.
Brown’s number one hits include the platinum-plus status With You, Forever, and Kiss Kiss. Last year he released F.A.M.E with hit songs like Next To You , which featured Justin Bieber.
He made controversial headlines for beating her sweetheart Rihanna, whom they’ve reunited following the intervention of Jay-Z, who unearthed the Barbados lass born Robyn Fenty.
According to the organisers, tickets are selling fast at Computicket outlets countrywide!
Security will be tight and state of the art stage will be erected, emphasised the organiser further. This follows what happened in Cape Town during a performance by an international artist when the stage collapsed hurting one person.
