Don’t flinch a bit as O’ Sullivan faces Gatvol Ad Hoc Comm on Police, finally

NOW that Paul O’Sullivan, will have his day before the Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee on Police in Parliament, what could be expected from him, many continue to ask.

The controversial forensic investigator is back from London, (or rather forced) after initialling ordering the Committee that he will only appear virtual due to security concerns.

Members of Parly had none of it, and demanded him in person or be subpoenaed.

Thus on Tuesday, a date with gatvol Committee members has been scheduled.

“I am not in the business of fleeing, I am not a coward,” O’Sullivan said, adding that he decided to return after learning that the Ad Hoc Committee is expected to conclude its work soon.

“I have come back early because I understand they are closing this Ad Hoc Committee next week. I believe it is important for the country to get the truth instead of listening to all this crap from some of these criminals that appeared before the committee,” he said.

“I am going there to give them the truth, with evidence. I have been fighting crime in South Africa for 36 years and in that period I have been injured, I have been shot, I have suffered a lot,” O Sullivan confessed, who also indicated he does not engage on social platforms on matters that concern this country.

He also dispelled the notion that he infiltrated the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID), showing off his power, amongst others.

“The reality of the situation is that I have been serving this country for 36 years and I am not going to stand by and let these criminals get away with what they have been doing.”

O’ Sullivan has also labelled the formation of the MKP as being created for ‘criminals’.

What to expect from him, explosives and litany of truths and lies.

The Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee Chair on Police, Soviet Lekganyane did confirm today that O’ Sullivan has made himself available to appear before the Committee on Tuesday.
