Good luck to class of 2024!

MATRICULANTS, countrywide begin their class of 2024 final examinations.

Over 880 000 full-time and part-time candidates will sit for the National Senior Certificate (NSC) matric exam, today.

About 16 000 students from private schools will sit for their Independent Examinations Board (IEB) exams, as well.

In wishing all matriculants (marematlou in seTswana), President Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa said: ” Matric is quite a challenging exam but I know our matriculants are up to it. You have all been working hard and preparing for the exams, so I wish you the best of luck. Many who have written the exams before you always have done well, and I know you will not disappoint, you will also do extremely well. Get those distinctions, get those passes. Good luck!”

In Garankuwa, Tshwane- the minister of Basic Education Siviwe Gwarube and MEC for Education in GP, Matome Chiloane visited the schools in that area to wish matriculants well.
