SUZUKI continues to offer customers cars they want.
Take a look at the latest Grand Vitara that is convenient to travel your country with, without bothering about fuel.
It features a modern interpretation of its predecessor’s clamshell bonnet, more sculpted, with a large and imposing wheel arch housing framing its prominent alloy wheels.
Practical roof rails round off this sculpted design.
Up front, a multi-level grille includes an imposing centre section with metallic surrounds, a thin top section to neatly frame the S-badge and an inverted section that flows into the bottom strike plate.
On either side are three-point LED daytime running lights, and the lower main headlights are recessed in their own dark polycarbonate surrounds. Roof rails and 17-inch alloy wheels are standard.

The Vitara- interior features consists of plush seats – a significant contributor to the excellent levels of ride comfort. The cabin is roomy, and it never felt cramped, even with four adults on board. Boot space measures 310 to 376 litres, depending on the configuration.
The dashboard has multiple layers to create a sense of spaciousness. In the centre console, a large digital display takes centre stage. This touch-sensitive display measures seven inches on GL models and hosts the reverse camera, while GLX models are equipped with a high-resolution nine-inch screen.
A Head Up Display gives the driver access to critical information, including vehicle speed, engine speed, gear selection, instant fuel consumption figures, vehicle alerts and even climate control settings, without taking an eye off the road.
Other features are a full-colour TFT display ahead of the driver, keyless access and start, electric windows, wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto, automatic climate control, cruise control and a leather-covered steering wheel and massive panoramic view.
The Grand Vitara is available with a choice of two drivetrain options, including Suzuki’s first mild hybrid petrol-electric powertrain, three gearbox options and a choice between two- and four-wheel drive.
It comes with Suzuki’s popular K15B 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine. The four-cylinder petrol engine delivers 77kW at 6 000rpm and 138Nm at 4 400rpm.
The Vitara is also available with the K15C petrol engine that features hybrid power assistance. This engine features a much higher compression ratio.
Safety is paramount in all Suzuki brands, so is being fuel friendly on longer hauls.
Pricing includes a six-year or 90 000km introductory service plan and a five-year or 200 000km warranty.
