METRO FM awards 2025 organisers have gone a notch up higher!
This week they revealed a star-studded line-up of presenters and hosts for the awards, scheduled for May 3 at Mbombela Stadium, Nelspruit.
Back from hiatus is the incredible Dineo Ranaka simply referred as ‘ausi o motona’ who has been brought BACK at the station to host the weekend’s Top 30’s 9 to 12 slot.
For the awards, Dineo will champion the ‘Green Room’, were she will be joined by hip-hop star Thato “L-Tido” Madonsela, interviewing winners fresh off the stage.
Dineo was quoted “looks forward to the awards and presentation thereof”.
The main awards will be co-hosted by radio and TV personality Luthando “LootLove” Shosha and well-known presenter, Siyabonga “Scoop Mahlathini” Ngwekazi.
The Black Carpet’s hosts are TV presenter Anele Zondo, along with Metro FM’s ‘The Hustler Fix’ host, Mpumi Mlambo.
“I’m looking forward to being part of this exciting event that’s at the forefront of celebrating South African music,” quipped the likeable ‘Scoop Mahlathini’
