Soweto derby: Ziyakhala manje – will it be fire crackers or not…?

THE SOWETO derby will be the 102nd meeting between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.

With multitudes of fans still NOT allowed to attend soccer matches in mzansi, one would hope the teams would dish out best performances on Saturday 05, at Orlando Stadium, Soweto.

Kick-off 3pm.

Talk of fans, talk has it they will march to SAFA house and will be outside the stadium on Saturday, in an effort to air their frustrations amongst others.

Back to the game: AmaKhosi lie third on the DStv log, and are level with Bucs on points.

The ‘Buccaneers’ could prove to be handful against their opponents due to Continental games, albeit injuries will be a headache for the technical team.

The ‘Glamour Boys’ on the other hand will rely on the evergreen and captain Bernard Parker.

The goal-poacher’s fitness has been questioned but he allayed fears to the fans that he’s ready to battle out on Saturday.

Whoever wins will surely bring joy to fans who are thirsty for some real action at the stadium.

Deon Hotto, Bucs utility striker will prove too handful for his opponents as always.
