A cool R1.8m is on the offering to be won in top slots tournament at Tsogo Sun’s outlets countrywide.
The 14 casinos participating in the Slots Factor tournament are Montecasino, Gold Reef City, Silverstar, Suncoast, Hemingways, The Ridge, Emnotweni, Golden Horse, Goldfields, Mykonos, The Caledon, Blackrock, Queens and Garden Route Casino.
The tournament is designed for everyone, with a cash buy-in of just R100.
Every cent of the buy-ins collected across the group contributes towards the prize money.
“Last year our guaranteed prize money went up to R2.2 million as the prize pool grew progressively bigger each week over the eight-week tournament,” says Steve Hight, Tsogo Sun’s Director of Gaming.
He continued:”We believe this year could see a similar trend with the prize ending up bigger than the guaranteed R1.8 million.”
It began spinning-off from July 21 to September 28 2014.
Qualifying rounds will be held every week for eight weeks, with semi-finals taking place at the various casinos on 20 September, culminating in the grand final on the weekend of 27 and 28 September.
And, yours truly did not go home empty handed having given his colleague’s a serious run for their ‘money’.
