MADE in South Africa, vodka brand Russian Bear is gearing up to celebrate the success of their innovative campaign Shay’itafula by crowning the winning teaming this Saturday!
After an exciting tour across Kwa-Zulu Natal and Gauteng for the groundbreaking table soccer tournament which Russian Bear introduced earlier this year, the Shay’itafula competition will culminate in a final that will bring music, friends and interactive sporting together this weekend.
Setting the trend yet again, Russian Bear introduced Shay’itafula in April and has seen over 50 teams hit the table in a series of action packed showdowns between friends.
First launched at Chris’s Tavern in Mega City, uMlazi; then taking it all the way to Sammy’s Shebeen in Chiawelo, Soweto last week – Shay’itafula elevated the table soccer experience in true Russian Bear #OnAnotherLevel style.
Competing for the big prize; Myeza Brothers, Dela Ngokubona, Black Nation, Dubazane, Zinto, Ghadlanga, Foza and Kazana will go head to head this Saturday at the Russian Bear Shay’itafula final at Mojo’s Carwash in Durban.
Fans will witness hip hop favourite Big Zulu live on stage alongside an explosive line-up featuring King Sfiso, Ntwana, Xola TSM, NAG, Wobbly and more.
Promising to be a gripping experience, the Shay’itafula final will see the winning team walk away with a staggering R100 000.
Gearing up for the final on Saturday, Kelly Johnson, Portfolio Head: Edward Snell Brands had this to say, “It’s been an exciting journey to the Russian Bear Shay’itafula final. We started out in Kwa-Zulu Natal, and then took the tournament to Gauteng before coming back to Durban.
Showcasing OnAnotherLevel table soccer skills, we have seen the best of foosball and are thrilled to crown our Shay’itafulachampions. Thank you to all those who competed and congratulations to all eight teams who have made it to the finals.”
Giving fans a shot at winning, Russian Bear will have numerous prizes to giveaway throughout the Shay’itafula final on Saturday.
Be sure to join Russian Bear, Big Zulu, and all the Shay’itafula finalists with your friends by coming out to Mojo’s Carwash in Durban.
