Win tickets to the Carling Black Label Cup clash!

Soweto’s giants Kaizer Chiefs take on the Mighty Orlando Pirates as they open the 2019/20 Premier Soccer League football season, in the annual Carling Black Label clash at FNB Stadium on Saturday 27 July, 2019.

This an opportunity for both teams to show off new acquisitions and new kits, respectively.

Interim coaches have been named, AmaKhosi will be led by Tsietsi Majoro and Bucs by Kagisho Molefe, both coincidentally from Welkom- in the Free State Province.

Meanwhile, for the very first time fans will travel in and out of the stadium seamlessly.

This was announced by VOC that comprises security, Stadium Management, SAPS, JMPD and private securities at a press brief on Monday.

Strict traffic control measures will be implemented from 7:00 am in the precinct and the general public (non-spectators) should avoid the Stadium precinct from 10:00 am until 19:00 pm.

Public transportation will be made available through Metrorail, BRT, Top6 Taxis, KTK Shuttles and Rea Vaya to and from the venue. Free parking is available for all patrons attending the 2019 derby using their own transport.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early and will be entertained at the various activations which will include performances by a host of entertainers including: BET award winning musician, Sho Madjozi, Stokie (Amapiano DJ), Dr Malinga and Gqom princess, TDK Macassette.

The game kicks-off at 15:00pm sharp!
