SAFA/ PSL clash on stranded Bafana players’

The Bafana censafa logotral American sojourn, has put the league into chaos and the matter had to be addressed by headhonchos at PSL.

Bafana players’ who played two games (won one and drew one) were reportedly left stranded as coach Shakes Mashaba and his technical team had to fly back into the country to prepare for CHAN game on Saturday against Angola at Rand Stadium.

CHAN tournament is only open to domestic players.

The move has irked some officials and clubs whose players’ are still stranded in Central America.

As a result, the already congested PSL had to postpone some of the games.

Last night at the MTN media launch Matlhomola Morake, media liaison for Bafana did not offer comment on why they left players’ high and dry.
