They face the previously unbeaten North North West Flames for a place in the final.
The Crinums have been boosted by the return of their Spar Proteas defender Karla Mostert, from playing for Bath in the English Super League.
The Burta De Kock-coached side takes on the Flames in the first semifinal on Friday night at 18h00, before the Gauteng Jaguars tackle the Western Cape Southern Stings at 20h00.
The winners of the two semifinals will play in the competition’s deciding match on Saturday at 18h00 and 20h00.

All the games take place at eThekweni, Durban’s Olive Convention Centre.
