This addition to open up for Snoop Lion comes as one of numerous openings AKA has done for international acts, most recently opening up for Kanye West and Kid Cudi.
The ‘big dawg’ of West Coast rap, Snoop Lion is confirmed to play two concerts in South Africa this May. One in Johannesburg at the Ellis Park Indoor Arena on Sunday, 19 May and the other in Cape Town at the Grand West Casino on Tuesday, 21 May.
Snoop Lion is making his way to South Africa to promote new material from his forthcoming reggae and dancehall-inspired album, Reincarnated.
Long-time fans of Snoop Lion won’t be disappointed as he is said to perform live renditions of smash-hit singles like Gin & Juice, Drop It Like It’s Hot and Young, Wild and Free.
