The alleged incident took place at a pub in Greenside, north of Johannesburg, earlier this month, were the 24 year old is accused of raping a 15 year old.
He was arrested over the weekend after the teenager opened the case against him.

Brigadier Mashadi Selepe says the accused will remain in custody until his case resumes on Friday.
“Yes it can be confirmed that he appeared briefly in court and the case was remanded to Friday for a formal bail application.”
“At this stage, the matter has been taken for judicial determination, and the National Prosecuting Authority will comment further. The investigation by the Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit continues,” says Selepe.
The accused identity cannot be revealed until he pleads to the charges of rape and sexual assault.
