Prof Lumumba to give address at Summit in Sebokeng

Making a return to SA. Prof Patrick Lumumba will give an address at Koinonia Church Auditorium, Sebokeng Zone 14 on September 8.

The Kenyan and lawyer, who has won hearts of many when he delivered the Nelson Mandela Memorial Lecture 2018, at the Walter Sisulu University last month, will be joined by other notable guests at the ceremony to be held at Koinonia Church Auditorium, Sebokeng Zone 14 on September 8 2018.

Key figures include Premier David Makhura, Prof Gordon Ndodomzi Zide (Social Scientist & Vice-Chancellor: VUT) and Khandani Msibi (Group CEO: 3Sixty Financial Services Group) amongst others.

The Summit will seek to provoke courageous conversations as the leaders engage on delicate leadership matters, amongst others.

The orator that is Prof Lumumba is known for treading freely on “no-go zones” such as corruption on the continent, post-colonial leadership effectiveness, the influence of the western media on Africa and African unity (which he asserts to be the only way to avert the re-colonialization of the continent).

Organised by Empowaworx Events & Communication, the leadership Summit begins from 08:00 until 4pm.
