Social media has been abuzz on following the expulsion of Siyanda ‘Adams’ Ngwenya from the Big Brother Mzansi: Double Trouble house with people alleging that the housemate ‘helped himself’ to a clearly intoxicated Axola ‘Bexx’ Mbengo.
Reports alleged that Adams had unprotected sex with Axola who was too drunk to be aware of her surrounding and called for Mzansi Magic to lay charges of rape.
“At this stage, it is not exactly clear what transpired between Bexx and Adams.
“Having suspected that there may have been an incident of sexual misconduct, Mzansi Magic acted by removing both individuals from the house,” said Mzansi Magic.
They said that all housemates were made aware of the house rules prior to their arrival and “Any incident that affects the health and wellbeing of the contestants is treated seriously and action will always be taken swiftly and appropriately”.
The two are said to be receiving support and assistance from the channel.
“They are both in the care of professionals and have been given the opportunity to contact family and friends.”
