Kabelo “Booga Luv” Mabalane surprised all and sundry having been nominated for Best Kwaito Album category. He competes alongside Bhar – Morning Bang, L’Vovo Derrango – The Headmaster, Professor – The Orientation and Teddybears – Teddybears.
The feverish and dramatic SAMAs are to be held at Sun-City, Rustenburg over two-days from May 10 to 11, 2013.
His 8th solo album ‘Immortal Vol 2’ which features hits such as ‘Impilo’ featuring Durban’s finest due Big Nuz and recently ‘Samboro’, an infusion of West and Southern African flavours, was the reason for the selection, according to the judges.
