METRO FM is gearing up for the highly anticipated annual Heatwave events, which will take place in 5 different provinces across South Africa.
The flagship events kick off on 22 November this year at Emalahleni, Mpumalanga.
Metro FM listeners and party revellers should brace themselves for 2 months of top-notch performances and unforgettable summer fun.
This ultimate summer Heatwave will showcase some of the best artist line-ups and a range of memorable experiences for music enthusiasts.
“The Metro FM Heatwave is a highlight of the summer calendar, featuring top talent, immersive station experiences, competitions, and activations. It’s hosted in partnership with local businesses across 5 provinces, easing listeners into the summer season and setting the tone for the festive season,” says Metro FM Business Manager, Kina Nhlengethwa.
This year the Heatwave has been extended into more provinces with exhilarating events led by local promoters.
The events are scheduled as follows:
Emalahleni on 22 November with O12 Lifestyle
Durban 29 November with Executives Concerts
Limpopo 06 December with Lekompo Balcon Mix
East London 16 December with Legends Gaming promotions,
Gauteng 20 December with Exclusive White Lifestyle
Due to the demand in the Heatwave, it has expanded footprint to engage listeners in more regions.
