Although details are still sketch on where he was found with stolen car and if there were passengers, it has been confirmed though that the car is a VW Polo hatchback with fake number plates and fake license disc, according to the police.
“He has been charged with fraud and possession of a suspected stolen vehicle,” Motsiri quoted saying on The Star newspaper.
