‘Video material has been tampered with’ – says Magistrate in murder case of DJ Warras

THE Johannesburg Magistrate Court has denied murder accused Victor Majola bail.

This was handed-down today by the Magistrate, who also questioned the video material that was presented in Court, citing it “has been tampered with” and “images blurry”.

Majola, who owns taxis, will remain in custody.

The (44) faces charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and premeditated murder, according to the State.

Born Warren Stock, the well-known figure DJ Warras, was shot dead outside the Zambezi Building in Johannesburg CBD in December, after being followed by the hitman.

Majola’s next court appearance is February 11, 2026.
