Athletics SA-that has elected new board members, have been acknowledged for this development.

The competition will take place on November 2 2014, in the 10km, 21km and 42km races.
To conscientious the runners, the prize has been upped to R100 000 for both man and woman winners, and R10 000 for half runners and R5000 for 10km winner.
Entries for the race open on Thursday (July 31) and forms are available at selected Nike sport shops and shopping centres in and around Johannesburg.
Participants can also enter online at: www.sowetomarathon.com where only Visa or Master credit cards are accepted.
