Kolisile, bodyguard and driver died in a head-on collision between on N6 near Reddersburg in the Free State on Saturday morning.
The MEC was on his way to a funeral in the Eastern Cape.
Kolisile has been hailed for some of the economic progress the Gauteng province has achieved in the past four years.
He will be laid to rest in Majola Village near Port St Johns in the Eastern Cape on Saturday.
Both Jobo and Motsie will be laid to rest this weekend as well.
Meanwhile, condolences are still pouring in from all political parties and colleagues within the ruling party.
