THE Mango Airlines Business Rescue Team announces that the Mango Portal will reopen on Monday 22 June 2026 at 08:00, giving Mango customers a final opportunity to verify their un-flown tickets and/or vouchers.
The reopening of the Mango Portal follows the Licensing Council’s approval of a Guarantee, which enables potentially larger refunds than previously communicated.
The final refund amounts will be calculated based on the total value of the tickets and vouchers claimed by customers who have completed the verification process.
Customers who have already verified their tickets do not need to take further action unless:
• They hold tickets affected by schedule changes that could not be verified previously, or
• They have additional tickets that have not yet been verified.
Urgent Call to Action
This is the last chance for Mango customers to secure their refunds.
All ticket and voucher verification must be completed on the Mango Portal by logging onto www.flymango.africa commencing on 22 June 2026.
The portal will close permanently on 22 September 2026 and no further claims will be accepted after this date. Thereafter payments will be processed and no funds will be available for any guests that miss this second and final opportunity.
