Blacks Only Comedy returns-so secure your seat before Kau loses his ‘marbles’

HE MIGHT have had a brush with authorities for not settling his arrears but surely this funny-guy knows his way to bounce back. And it ain’t funny at all.

David Kau and his team make an enviable return as ‘Blacks Only Comedy’ this weekend at its home The Emperors Palace, Ekurhuleni from Friday until Sunday. Yes, its been way too long, some might have lost their mojo- just sayin’.

It boasts an eclectic line-up of comedians and DJs drawn from all walks of life- that fits perfectly the ‘Blacks Only Comedy’ stature that has been gracing our stages for years’.

The award winning comedian Kau, will headline the list, for both dates Friday 13 to Saturday 14 May at Comedy at Theatre of Marcellus from 8pm.

He will be joined by Suhayl Essa, Siya Seya, Dillan Oliphant, Tats Nkonzo, Sifiso Nene and Khanyisa Bunu.

Unreserved seating begins from R350 to R550.

Sunday 15 May, wraps-up the weekend aptly titled ‘Super Sunday Chill Out’ at Red Shed.

It features Kau (MC and Host), DJ Zinhle, Lemon and Herb, Thabo ‘T-bose’ Mokelwe, Karyendasoul, DJ Franky, DJ Jawz and Amunishn.

Doors open from 11am until 22h30.

Unreserved general seating – R650 (catch the early bird price of R550 for first 200 tickets);

VIP (includes exclusive VIP area, meal included, cash bar, restrooms)

– R1,800  (early bird price of R1500 for first 200 tickets)
