Coke and Chad Le Clos agree on swimming ‘terms’ in preparations for Rio 2016!

SA’s golden boy of swimming, has been appointed the ambassador for one of the most consumed and leading drinks on planet, in preparations for the Rio Olympic Games beginning in August 2016.

“I am proud to be associated with an iconic brand like Coca-Cola for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Representing South Africa on the world’s stage is one of the highlights of my career,” says le Clos.

The Durban born continued:”Together with Coca-Cola, I want to show people that ‘gold moments’ are everywhere, not just on the medal podium.”

Coca-Cola will not only refresh Olympic athletes, officials and spectators with its beverages during the upcoming summer Olympics, but they are also engaging teens by empowering them to express that anyone can have a “gold moment” through the hashtag #ThatsGold.

“Chad is an extraordinary young man with a promising career that continues to
flourish in leaps and bounds. As Coca-Cola, we are proud to associate ourselves with such talent,” says Sharon Keith, Coca-Cola’s Marketing Director.
