Joyous Celebration takes over Carnival City

The Gospel Ensemble has opened up its platform for artists who are not necessarily from the group, aptly referred to as Friends of Joyous.

Audiences will be treated to MTN Joyous Celebration’s enthralling performancefeaturing the likes of Thobekile. She hails from KZN and boasts eight albums and a new single to her name.

Joining Thobekile in the Friends of Joyous lineup is the “Umusa Phezu Komusa” hitmaker, singer, songwriter and producer, Cannan Nyathi.

Completing the trio of featured artists is the young award winning Ayanda Ntanzi who is known for his electrifying performances whose latest album “Priestly Worship” won him multiple categories in this year’s Crown Gospel Awards.

“Our passion has always been about developing talent as well as exposing the best talent South Africa has to offer, so we are thrilled that these Artists have accepted our invitation to join us on this particular show”, says Dr Lindelani Mkhize, one of the founders of MTN Joyous Celebration.

“This show could not have come at a more appropriate a time. Though numbers for gatherings are still very low, we appreciate that we will be in fellowship with 750 our beloved fans after many shows without a live audience.

We can’t wait to sing, pray and praise with them whilst looking into their faces,” says Pastor Jabu, another Co-Founder of MTN Joyous Celebration.

The live show tickets were sold out in a couple of days and the ensemble are encouraging those fans who didn’t get tickets to stream the show live on JoyousTV on www.joyoustv.com at a cost of only R3 a day or R39 per month.

Do not miss the Restoration Show on 18th December, and the last Super Sunday show for 2021 on 26th December.

Due to the pandemic the show has limited tickets and health protocols will be adhered to at the show.

It begins from 19pm.
