The 2012/13 Nedbank Cup final will feature defending champions, SuperSport United and Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday, May 25.
PSL Acting CEO, Cambridge Mokanyane said: “The response from the public has been overwhelming. In 24 hours, we had sold over 15 000 and we have doubled that number in 48 hours.
This game is likely to be sold out in the next day or so. I urge people to purchase their tickets now.”
Tickets are available at Computicket and Shoprite Checkers stores nationwide.
They can be purchased at R40 and R60, respectively.
Hospitality tickets can be purchased at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Kick-off is at 3pm.
Meanwhile, the coastal Durban is usually warmer at this time of the season.
With temperatures going down relentlessly in the country, it is expected Durban will welcome thousands of spectators and hangers-on in the city during the finals next weekend.
Therefore, the informed decision by the sponsors and organisers to feature the finals in Dbn should be applauded.
Ok, the Zulu Kingdom has made a calling, lets heed it!
