The rib-tickling comedy show is on at Soweto Theatre this Friday!

Launched last week at the swanky but diminutive Thrive Café on the famous Vilakazi Street Orlando Soweto, the rationale is to liberate South Africans through laughter.

The Unilever owned brand used two mascots as Ambassadors (Aromat and Egg) to conscientious the public about the product that has been synonymous in our homes for the past 75 years’.

According to Jabulile Mthethwa, marketing manager for Aromat, this would help us put rib-tickling moments onto the faces of our people; because SA is becoming too serious owing to what is happening in our country.

“We identified well known comedians with up-coming ones which according to us, would help to filter the message to loyal fans of our brand- what it means and what it stands for,” says the witty Mthethwa, at the launch.

Since this being a series, it will reach other areas.

Yes, we did get the glimpse of what will take shape at the main event on Friday, with the likes of Felix Hlophe, Tall-A$$ Mo, Skhumba Hlophe and Celeste Ntuli, doing their shindig…

Tickets are R120 each and are available now from Computicket. It starts from 7pm.
