With only nine days left, the majestic and one of the world’s top class stadia Moses Mabhida which the rally will happen next to, would welcome 30 driver team as they vie for the first prize and 16 grueling stages covering over 172kms.
Day-one, participants will compete in 7 stages – a total of 70kms of racing and 240kms of open section on public roads and day-two will consist of 9 stages, which entails a total of 102kms of racing and 230kms of open section.
Teaming up together for the first time in a major national championship are navigator Hilton Auffray for top driver JP Damseaux as well as navigator Janine Lourens for driver Craig Trott.
Partnering again this year are navigator Andre Vermeulen and celebrated driver Mohammed Moosa.
“We are looking forward to a great TOTAL Rally again this year. Apart from some fantastic rally driving, there will be a host of other attractions for spectators including food stalls and vintage cars on display,” said Nadia Vosloo, Brand and Communications Manager at TOTAL.

Such activations and events has also drawn vast interest from Continental and international visitors.
As a precusor to the event, various marketing campaigns will be activated at selected Total service stations in and around Durban.
