Its commitment is to create safe, accessible, and affordable rental units to ensure that more people can enjoy the benefits of urban living without financial strain.

This project represents a significant step forward in the City of Johannesburg’s commitment to providing affordable housing solutions and improving the quality of life for inner-city residents.

Kunene stated: “My role is to ensure effective service delivery to the citizens of Johannesburg. This project represents a significant step forward in meeting our commitment to enhancing service delivery and improving the quality of life for our residents.

I eagerly await the official opening, which will offer secure, functional living spaces designed to meet the needs of our community.”
