Will Mashamaite be a ‘Khosi next season?

Kaizer Chiefs star defender Tefu Mashamaite, has confirmed that he is only talking to Kaizer Chiefs, dismissing reports that he could leave the club when his contract expires at the end of June.

“Masha” as he’s known to his teammates bagged three major awards at the PSL ceremony awards recently.

Although unconfirmed Tefu, could return to Bidvest Wits-former club- and reports doing round is Downs’ and SuperSport are keen on his signature.

“I will be sitting down with Bobby Motaung and the management team to negotiate a new deal with the club,” Mashamaite told Power FM.

“During the season we decided to put the negotiations on hold in order to focus on finishing the league. The rumours are just news in the newspapers. Chiefs is the only team I have been talking to. I love it here and want to stay here,” added Chiefs skipper.

The 30 year -old and an academic was showed with praises and celebrations at his hometown in Limpopo; following a successful season with AmaKhosi, the 2014/15 PSL champs.
