Musicians, actors and film producers descended at the Urban Tree (swanky one must point out) in Sandton, to witness the unveiling of new and not so new programmes to the country.
New kids on the bloc Neho Moloko (14) and Siza Motsoko(12) who both star in ‘My Perfect Family 2’ have promised their fans loads of laughter. It airs on Mondays from 7pm.
One plays ‘Luyanda Nkosi’ and other ‘Lovers Plus’ names they say were created by the energetic producers.
Talkative Siza, says he enjoys acting and would love to grow within the industry, and possibly go overseas to pursue his career.
“I enjoy most of overseas movies hence my belief that, when I’m done with my studies I will pack my bags for US,” says the ‘self-appointed spokesperson’ Siza at the launch.
Asked how his friends and family have reacted in him being popular at this stage, the unassuming lad said”my family supports me, however, if any of my friends have any negativity towards me, tough luck.”
His cooler counterpart Neho quipped that:”As I grow up and enjoy the limelight, I will study to become a surgeon. That’s what I love and hopefully that dream will come true one day,” he says.
Siza is a grade 6 learner and Neho is in grade 8 at different schools in the East Rand were they come from.
How they met, I ask, Siza breaks a laugh and says during auditions just like any kid who came to try their like.
“Fortunately, we were the luckiest”, says Neho.
