New political party ARU also send messages of condolences to the Madikizela-Mandela family

His Royal Majesty King Mthimkhulu III, President of A.R.U. has also sent messages of condolences to the Madikizela-Mandela family.

The African Renaissance Unity Party, that was formed recently joins millions of mourners -locally and internationally- who have sent messages of condolences to the family of the late icon mama Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, who died on Monday due to ill-health.

In its condolences message the ARU President said:”She was indeed the mother of the Nation.  She fought the good fight for South Africa during former President Mandela’s incarceration and beyond.

She continued to stand and fight for the rights of the people, and for this the African Renaissance Unity Party is grateful to her for sharing her life with the nation”, says His Royal Majesty King Mthimkhulu III.

“The African Renaissance Unity Party appreciates her guidance towards the governing party which along the way moved away from its purpose, ensuring that the party does not forget that it exists for the people.

Ms. Madikizela-Mandela was an inspiration to all Africans, not only in South Africa but in the entire African Diaspora.”

Ms. Winnie Madikizela-Mandela demonstrated leadership throughout her political career; herself being incarcerated, being in solitary confinement, her transition from the leader of the movement to government.
The A.R.U will remember her for the sacrifices she made, her heroism, her strength and her fighting spirit.

May Ms. Winnie Madikizela-Mandela’s Soul Rest in eternal Peace.

Meanwhile, the controversial house of mama Winnie in Brandfort-Free State Province that was identified as a Monument Project, will be revisited after hiatus as a ‘white-elephant’.

Allegedly there were millions allocated to the project by national arts department and the FS Gvt but no one, including the family, knew about the funds purported to be for the Monument.

On Wednesday concerned ANC Committee in the FS met to discuss the way forward and what could have led to the project not to see the light.

We still await the outcome of the meeting.

Then Premier and now ANC SG Ace Magashule, has denied any wrongdoing only to indicate to the press during a media brief “we’re still in talks with the family”.
