SUNBET Arena is ready to host the 2022 Miss SA beauty pageant.
Reigning Miss SA Lalela Mswane will crown her successor on Saturday, August 13 at the prestigious ceremony.
The newly crowned Miss SA will walk away with prizes worth more than R3 million, and R1m cash.
She will move into a luxurious penthouse apartment worth R10.5m, at the Ellipse development in Waterfall City.
The winner also gets to drive a Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan during her reign.
Other prizes include Ade Hair, American Swiss, Bacher & Co: Fragrance sponsorship for her year of reign, Brand South Africa, Delsey/Destinations by Frasers, Cohesive Collaboration.
Former Public Protector Prof Thuli Madonsela is one of the judges.
Boity Thulo, Makhadzia and Nadia Nakai are part of the entertainment line-up for the evening.
The Top 10 finalits for Miss SA 2022 are: Anarzade Omar, Ayanda Thabethe, Itumeleng Parage, Keaoleboga Nkashe, Lebogang Mahlangu, Luvé Meyer, Luyanda Zuma, Ndavi Nokeri, Pearl Ntshehi and Tamsyn Jack.
It will be broadcast live on Mzansi Magic, DStv Channel 161) and MNet (DStv Channel 101) at 18:30 pm.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed the after-party will be hosted by Rockets Menlyn in partnership with House Of BNG.
House of BNG, one of South Africa’s top-selling MCC’s confirmed their partnership with Miss South Africa.
Hosted by Bonang Matheba, the night’s entertainment lineup will be a star studded affair consisting of South Africa’s top acts DJ Maphorisa, Kamo Mphela and Thuli P.
