Tuks reveals new title sponsor and players'

Tuks, as they’re known welcomed new title sponsor’s in the form of Workerslife, which also gave platform for announcement of new players.

Mphile Sibande, director Operations and Marketing at WorkersLife, says the company strives to continuously secure the lives and assets of South Africans more meaningfully and affordably hence the sponsorship to Tuks.

“Ours is to marry the two powerful brands which will bring great results to the people of Pretoria.

People, should know that Sundowns is not the only club with huge base but AmaTuks as well,” he said to the cheering students.

The three-year deal value was not revealed owing to both parties contract.

Jubilant coach Steven Barker says the sponsorship will afford him to get more experienced players’ and vie for silverwares this season.

The team finished 11th on the PSL log last season.

“This sponsorship would enable us to market our brand and also expand our footprint extensively,” continued Sibande.  

Workerslife is a life assurance and insurance company based in Pretoria, but has branches nationwide.  

Technical sponsor Umbro also renewed their contract for another two-years.
