Recently the Cape Town born, collaborated with Africa’s
hottest hip hop star Laylizzy from our neighbours Mozambique, to release a banger ‘Hello’, that is topping the iTunes charts in both States.
Laylizzy real name Edson Abel Jeremias Tchamo– is a Master in Business Law, songwriter and versatile Portuguese speaking.
‘Hello’ continues to make its mark in different parts of the continent, following its release that also took a lead on the biggest radio station in Mozambique, Super FM and playlist on the biggest radio station in Nigeria, Beat FM and YFM.
In SA, Laylizzy is signed under Geobek Entertainment, where he has successfully released two singles, ‘Tha Crew’ (2015) and ‘Hello’ (2016), respectively.
As for AKA, its a journey on increasing his reach across Africa having collaborated with Nigerian (Burna Boy), Tanzanian (Diamond Platnumz) and Mozambiquean (Laylizzy).
The song was produced by multi award winning producer and music star Ellputo and currently features on Top 40s on some radio stations.
