GM adds more Isuzu models!

Supplementing the already value-oriented common-rail engine Isuzu KB 250 D-TEQ Base and Fleetside models, the low pressure turbo engine KB 250 Base Single Cab and KB 250 Fleetside Single Cab additions further enhance appeal to volume or fleet buyers specifically, where low running costs play a substantial role in the buying process.

This tried, tested and trusted 2.5L low pressure turbo diesel engine has been carried forward from the previous generation Isuzu KB. These new models carry with them exceptional sticker prices, placing them at the forefront of the single cab
one-ton bakkie segment.

The engine produces 58 kW of power at 3 800 rpm and a decent amount of torque &211; 170 Nm at just 1 800 rpm & 8211; which allows for efficient driving characteristics as well as sturdy pulling power especially when loaded. The new KB
250 low pressure turbo diesel models average 7.8-litres per 100 km on the combined cycle.

The new Isuzu KB 250 Single Cab models retail for R197 200 (Base) and R214 100 (Fleetside) including VAT and come standard with a 5-year/ 90 000 km service plan and a 3-year/ 120 000 km warranty.

Poised to strengthen the new Isuzu KB&8217;s competitiveness in the upper echelons of the bakkie market, where more leisure-focused buyers tend to shop, three new additions to the KB range see keener pricing released to the range-topping LX model.

Featuring durable and attractive cloth-covered seats, the three new Double Cab LX models reflect a saving of R9 500 over their leather covered equivalents. The new models will continue to feature standard passenger side airbags, which are
integrated into each front seat.
