Mashaba announce squad to face Cameroon and laments journos!

South Africa will travel to Cameroon for the first match to be played on the 26th of March at Stade Omnisports de Limbe.

Bafana Bafana will host The Indomitable Lions in a second round match on the 29th of March at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.

The squad:
Goalkeepers: Itumeleng Khune, Jackson Mabokgwane, Darren Keet

Defenders: Siyabonga Nhlapo, Asavela Mbekile, Anele Ngcongca, Thabo Matlaba, Cheslyn Jampies, Eric Mathoho, Sifiso Hlanti, Rivaldo Coetzee, Thulani Hlatshwayo

Midfielders: Andile Jali, Kamohelo Mokotjo, Thulani Serero, Themba Zwane, William Twala, Jabulani Shongwe, Mpho Makola, Mandla Masango, Hlompho Kekana

Strikers: Thamsanqa Gabuza, Prince Nxumalo, Tokelo Rantie, Dino Ndlovu.

Mashaba, who took on journalists during the media brief, said he was unhappy on what other media houses or journos were reporting particularly, on form of players.

“I’m very disturbed as a result of such unfounded reports,” he quipped.
