World’s top brands Johnnie Walker and FNB Stadia produce top drawer event

Despite cold and wet weather thousands of Johnnie Walker enthusiasts descended at one of the world’s top stadia FNB Stadium for FUN…

Date: to sip and enjoy Johnnie Walker’s bold and delectable whisky, while enjoying iconic performances by some of mzansi’s most loved acts namely SA’s favourite TKZee (sans Magesh who died unfortunately due to ill-health), Khuli Chana and chart-topper K.O, amongst others.

The day was full of live music performances and food that perfectly matched Johnnie Walker’s exquisite blends.

Bracing the wet weather, it attracted other budding musicians, foodies, and music lovers from Soweto and beyond. It was a perfect platform for guests to unleash their taste buds.

Revelers received the opportunity to participate in a whisky masterclass sessions hosted by the renowned Johnnie Walker tastemakers, who walked them through the fascinating world of Johnnie Walker and its various blends.

The brand is thrilled to have had the opportunity to share the unique flavours with whisky lovers and to create a fantastic environment where they could relax and have fun.

One of the guest’s from Soweto, says being invited to share this experience was unimaginable and worthy of style associated with the JW brands. “I was in awe seeing mzansi top artists doing their thing and revelers responding accordingly, ” as she sipped on her favourite cocktail.

According to PR team, the Joburg leg was preceded by Cape Town activation as host for the JW experiential event.
