Swallowed a pride. Itumeleng Khune could be making his way back at AmaKhosi.

Khune left Amakhosi in acrimonious circumstances when his contract expired last month following disagreements over a new deal.

Thus resulting in club’s chairman Kaizer “Chincha Guluva” Motaung angrily stating the “boy has disrespected the club.”

But, the deal could be concluded as early as today should the two parties agree on outstanding terms on the new contract, according to a source close to the developments, reports The New Age website.

Khune has been training alone at the Nike Training Center-Soweto.

His partner in ‘crime’ Mandla Masango is also reported to be making his way back to Naturena, although unconfirmed.

Chiefs’ general manager Bobby Motaung has confirmed they have met with the players but would not be drawn on the outcome of the meeting.

Khune’s possible move to Downs’ and playing abroad did not materialize, seemingly his international agent has done a little to secure those deals.
