Cassper crack sponsors for his fillUpFNB concert

Filling it Up. Cassper Nyovest and one of his backers Black Coffee, who has committed funds to buy tickets for the show.

Doc Shebeleza had been investing his own money into the #FillUpFNB concert because no brands wanted to help the rapper make history but that has all changed.

The star posted a video announcing that Ciroc, SABC 1 and Budwiser had come on board which is great news for everybody who is supporting the revolution.

It goes down at FNB Stadium on December 2.

But the rallying behind Nyovest by celebrities, business-people and politicians has equally been heartwarming.

Black Coffee, Pearl Thusi, Vusi Thembekwayo and Police Minister Fikile Mbalula are amongst those who’ve pledged to buy tickets to fill up the stadium, while others have promised not to miss what promises to be the biggest night in local hip hop history.

“Ciroc exists to celebrate living one’s dream and continuously explores hottest partnerships that bring #OnArrival moments to life. When one of our local brand ambassadors, Cassper Nyovest, announced his intention to create another historic moment by staging an event to #FillUpFNBStadium, we were elated,” read a statement from Ciroc.

“Having been a part of his hottest and bold #OnArrival celebratory moments over the past few months, talking about this next bold move was exactly what brand Ciroc, wanted to partake in.

It therefore was a no brainer to support one of our own to live what we are about, which is being at the centre of what is culturally hot. As we promised when we announced our partnership with Cassper earlier, we aim to give consumers an all-access pass to his #OnArrival moments!”

The ‘Destiny’ hitmaker has confirmed that AKA who was billed to perform at the show has been dropped and was told “just buy a ticket”.

No reason was given at the time of publishing for sudden change of heart from Family Tree music company.

Tickets range from R100 to R500 at Computicket outlets. It begins from 3pm.

At time of publishing Stadium Management SA had to provided a comment on the readiness of the logistics.
