The lucky recipient stands the chance to co-host the Black Carpet affair alongside Selimathunzi’s own Zizo Beda and (KZN born) Lunga Tshabalala during the awards ceremony at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Convention Center.
It goes down on March 1.
According to SABC1 Portfolio Marketing Manager -Entertainment Dichaba Phalatse:” SABC1 is constantly looking for innovative ways to engage our viewers, and with the KZN province hosting us for the 13th MMAs we thought it would be great to showcase the wealth of talent in KZN.
This search is the first of its kind and will translate into compelling reality entertainment within the Metro FM Music Award offering.”
They were to log onto the Selimathunzi website at www.seli.co.za & www.facebook.com/selimathunzi to fill in a form and upload an image or video of themselves.
Online entries however, closed on Monday 10 February and successful candidates qualifying for the next round of the Presenter Search would have been notified via sms already.
